Most clients see qualified leads within the first 2 weeks. The first 30–60 days are the learning phase where we test, collect data, and optimize. By month 3, you have a dialed-in, repeatable system.
Everything an in-house AI + ops team would: strategy roadmaps, custom AI agent and automation development, brand strategy, website design, ad creative and management, CRM configuration, and the workflows that tie it all together. You approve, we build and run it. If you also want us closing the leads, add the 5–20% sales engagement on top.
If you want us running lead follow-up and sales conversion (calls, SMS, email, AI-assisted), we charge a variable 5–20% of the revenue we generate, billed monthly against closed-won deals. The exact percentage is scoped on the strategy call based on average deal size, sales-cycle length, and how much of the close motion we own end-to-end. No closes, no fee.
