How we opt in

Service texts and promotional texts are separate. A customer can agree to one, both, or neither. Consent is not required to purchase or complete service. Full program terms: SMS Terms.

Website opt-in

On the Stay Connected form, two unchecked boxes appear. Neither is pre-checked. Neither is required to submit the form unless the customer wants that message type.

1. Service texts: appointments, vehicle-ready alerts, and inspection results from PETERSEN TIRE OF AMERICAN FORK INC., doing business as Big O Tires American Fork.
2. Promotional and marketing texts: optional offers and seasonal promotions from the same business. This box is always optional and separate from service texts.

Both boxes name the business, state that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and that the customer can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
