Program

This SMS program is operated by PETERSEN TIRE OF AMERICAN FORK INC.("we," "our," or "us"), an authorized Big O Tires franchisee operating Big O Tires American Fork. Service texts and promotional texts are separate programs. You opt in to each one independently. Consent to one is not consent to the other.

Service texts cover appointments, vehicle-ready alerts, and inspection-review links.

Promotional texts cover special offers, seasonal promotions, and similar marketing. This opt-in is always optional.

How you opt in

Website: two separate, unchecked boxes on the Big O Tires American Fork shop page. One box is service texts. The other is promotional texts. You can choose one, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Verbal: staff identify the shop and the reason for contact before asking. Full scripts are on the opt-in page.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
